Temporary Spousal Support
Temporary Spousal Support is typically included in Temporary Orders. This form of spousal support occurs during the course of your divorce case. It is different from alimony (if any) which occurs after the divorce is concluded.
During the course of your divorce, there are certain questions of a financial nature that may need to be answered. Examples can include:
- How will the mortgage be paid?
- Who will make the car payments?
- What is a reasonable amount for living expenses?
- What lifestyle changes, if any, will be necessary?
Las Vegas divorce attorneys Jennifer V. Abrams, Vincent Mayo and Robert Cerceo take exceptional care to not only answer these questions, but to also ensure that your financial well being is first and foremost in the divorce proceedings.
Temporary Spousal Support is accomplished through the same legal process as Temporary Orders.
